Sometimes better than one expects, sometimes worse. Sometimes the worse leads to something far better than the best of the better lol! But rarely as one intends it. And one of the best lessons one can learn from that as one seeks to increase their control over their dream world (lucid dreaming while sleeping at night) and over their internal world through whatever effective means enhance one’s own awareness and ability to manifest their own nature and shed all the additives the matrix appends to one, one needs to foresake the enforced, compulsive, frantic attempts to control the world around them in deference to aligning oneself with the universe, letting the universe know what is wanted and letting the caravan insurance universe provide it in the best way that it sees fit. He is in relatively good shape compared to those poor souls but his mental condition was not the greatest. And it was hard to blame him. After all, how would I have managed to survive all the pain that he has been through? Hopefully the universe will never consider it necessary to have me discover the answer to that question. Anyway, I visited him when I was in NY recently and somehow he changed. He is now much more “with it”, much more alive in spirit and sensible in his thoughts and actions and I feel that for the first time this lifetime, I have a dad. And one who i can admire because he is a survivor and has regained his playful spirit. As a sleazy pirate in New Orleans once told me at a poetry slam “you are always free regardless of circumstances” 2. My “diabetes” and other physical conditions. I had a problem with being overweight, having trouble walking up stairs, having sometimes a VERY dry mouth, having to drink and pee almost constantly and other unpleasantries. Over the last year I had lost a lot of weight which I had attributed to swimming and not eating gmo, msg, etc laden food. But as it turns out I had diabetes and was diagnosed in mid June when i was in the doctor’s office and my blood sugar was more than 3X normal range and another test showed my average blood sugar at 11.8 on a scale of 1-12 over the previous three months with 6-7 being a good normal score. Just last night I attended a lecture by a successful internet marketer and his advice to refocus one’s focus from business to life and living enhances both live/living AND the success of business actually has me inclined to move back into making music again. Ok, so I got diagnosed and started taking meds and herbs and stuff and I knocked the blood sugar into normal range but with the meds! After leaving Porcfest to head home I had an actual epipahny where i realized that, for certain individuals that i had had a falling out with over the last year or so, I was keeping a score card of how they had wronged me and why I couldn’t have affinity for them anymore. Well, I suddenly made this decision in an instant that I was going to have more love in my heart and throw away my scorecard and I contacted some of these individuals to tell them that, while I did not like what they did, I love them and appreciate all the good stuff that they do otherwise. Still seeking to define and populate my new spiritual path i saw the movie Inception and Lucid Dreaming is a total passion for me now.
